Matt Riddle, a former WWE Superstar, has been embroiled in controversies over the past few years, and his future in the wrestling industry appears to be uncertain. The former United States Champion was released from WWE in September last year and has since made appearances for TNA, debuting at the 2024 Turning Point event. Despite receiving a decent reception from fans, his future with TNA is reportedly uncertain.

According to a recent update from Fightful Select, Riddle was added to the card as a replacement for Trey Miguel, who had travel issues. While fans were receptive to his debut, TNA reportedly has no interest in using him in the future. This news comes as a suprise to Riddle’s fans, who were hoping to see him return to the ring.

Riddle’s work in WWE alongside Randy Orton was undoubtedly some of the best of his career, and the duo’s tag team, RK-Bro, was one of the most entertaining teams on the roster. The two stars shared a strong friendship, with Riddle stating that they were still in touch and would love to team up again in the future.

In a recent appearance on The Delz Show, Riddle reaffirmed his bond with Orton, saying, “Dude, we’re bros! I wished him a Happy Thanksgiving, and he wished me one back. Like that, I wished him one too, and he hit me back as well. Maybe one day we’ll do the same thing again.” Despite this, it remains uncertain if Riddle and Orton will have the opportunity to reunite, as Orton has since left WWE.

Riddle’s comments on teaming up with Orton again suggest that he is still holding onto the hope that they can work together in the future. With his uncertain future in TNA and no clear indication of a return to WWE, it remains to be seen what path Riddle will take next. Will he find a new home in the wrestling world, or will he pursue other ventures outside of the ring?

The wrestling industry has seen its fair share of controversies and surprises over the years, and Riddle’s situation is just the latest example. As fans, it is always exciting to see what is next for our favorite wrestlers, and Riddle’s story is no exception. Will he be able to reclaim his spot in the wrestling world, or will his career take a different direction? Only time will tell.
