Roman Reigns and his team, The Original Tribal Chiefs, scored a comprehensive victory over Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline 2.0 at Survivor Series: WarGames, solidifying their dominance in the rivalry between the two factions. However, there is still one crucial goal left for The Original Tribal Chiefs to achieve: reclaiming the Ula Fala, a traditional Samoan necklace that holds immense cultural significance.

The Ula Fala was originally bestowed upon Roman Reigns in 2020, after he defeated his cousin Jey Uso in an I Quit match at the Hell in a Cell Premium Live Event. The necklace was presented to him by his uncle Afa and father Sika Anoa’i, granting him the status of The Tribal Chief. This sacred relic is considered a symbol of family legacy and a protector of the Samoan dynasty, and only a person acknowledged and blessed by the Samoan ancestors is permitted to wear it.

Solo Sikoa, Roman Reigns’ cousin, took possession of the Ula Fala after Roman Reigns’ departure from the WWE following his loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. Solo Sikoa, backed by Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu, proclaimed himself the Tribal Chief on the June 28, 2024, episode of SmackDown, and has been wearing the Ula Fala ever since.

Roman Reigns may now challenge Solo Sikoa for the Ula Fala at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14, with the stipulation that if he wins, Solo Sikoa will hand over the necklace. However, if Roman Reigns loses, he will accept Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. This is a tall order for The Big Dog, as the stakes are high and the significance of the Ula Fala cannot be overstated.

Should Roman Reigns emerge victorious, he will reclaim his status as the undisputed Tribal Chief and solidify his position within the WWE. On the other hand, if he loses, The Original Tribal Chiefs will be left to regroup and reassess their strategy, potentially paving the way for a new leader to emerge.

In the aftermath of Saturday Night’s Main Event, Solo Sikoa may not be the only threat to Roman Reigns’ authority. The Rock, Roman Reigns’ cousin and a former WWE champion, may make an appearance, potentially removing Solo Sikoa as the leader of Bloodline 2.0 and proclaiming himself the new leader. This could set the stage for a potential feud between The Rock and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 41, although the exact timing of The Final Boss’s return to WWE is still uncertain.

Roman Reigns’ match against Solo Sikoa will undoubtedly be a high-voltage showdown, with the Ula Fala hanging precariously in the balance. With the cultural significance and family legacy tied to the outcome, this match promises to be an electric and intense encounter that will resonate deeply with fans of the WWE.
